ive read it on heaps of vegan sites too and your post made me worried so i ducked into woolies this afternoon.

i havent had time to look through all of the ingredients yet but i did notice it specifically says it uses palm oil. thats a nono for me but i guess it depends on your personal preference

Hi C69kie! You should check out a brand called urban decay. They pretty popular and have specific products marked vegan. They also fully support cruelty free ingredients and production. You can get them at mecca :)

I found this article about it too. Seems that because of this, the meat is also inferior so not only are humans putting cows through terrible pain but it's all for no reason! at times like this I'm so disappointed in us humans :( just another reason to be vegan! http://www.healthytheory.com/corn-fed...

Cows fed corn even though they can't digest it!

I was having a conversation during my lunch break at the office today and a work colleague told me that apparently after the war, corn was in abundance so they used it to feed cows. The problem here is that cows can't actually digest corn properly so they spend most of their life in pain and malnour...

theres a buddhist based vegetarian tea house in chatswood near westfield. its not purely vegan but vegetarian with some good vegan options

chia seeds are a favourite of mine. you can add them to heaps of different things like protein bars, puddings, etc or just sprinkle them on top of salads and they're not only high in protein but high in omega3 as well

google a supplement called opti3. it's an omega 3 thats suitable for vegetarians and vegans. i got some from an online vegan store (can't remember which one) but im pretty sure you'll be able to find it if u google it.
