yep! i cant remember where i read it but i remember reading somewhere where someone actually called crayola and they confirmed that they use stearic acid in their crayons i was shocked when i heard about this too. im pretty sure you can find some that are vegan friendly if you google them these days...
No problems - glad i could help. I did read somewhere though that Berocca isn't great as your body can't take all of the vitamins in so it may be more worthwhile getting a vegan friendly multivitamin or one that is high in B12 instead?

Can't recommend anything from personal experience but i know that flax seeds and chia seeds are supposed to be high in omega3. Also there's an interesting article you can read here http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/omega3 that talks about omega3 for vegetarians that's worthwhile reading.
