ive read it on heaps of vegan sites too and your post made me worried so i ducked into woolies this afternoon.
i havent had time to look through all of the ingredients yet but i did notice it specifically says it uses palm oil. thats a nono for me but i guess it depends on your personal preference

chia seeds are a favourite of mine. you can add them to heaps of different things like protein bars, puddings, etc or just sprinkle them on top of salads and they're not only high in protein but high in omega3 as well
google a supplement called opti3. it's an omega 3 thats suitable for vegetarians and vegans. i got some from an online vegan store (can't remember which one) but im pretty sure you'll be able to find it if u google it.
