In the much anticipated wait for the new affordable, electric car, Tesla 3, Elon Musk has confirmed that it will indeed have a vegan option.

This isn’t the first time Elon Musk has considered animal cruelty – the Tesla Model X, their SUV, was given a full vegan interior option including vegan leather seats, steering wheel and gear shift knob.
As the hype on the release of the Tesla 3 increases, hopefully this will be a step towards a better future that other manufacturers will look towards. Preorders for the new Tesla S has already begun at local Tesla dealers but the actual release date hasn’t been announced yet. Will you be ordering one?
